Summary: Our GEM made our stay so relaxing and all our needs were taken care of. The treatments at the spa were expensive but dreamlike, we had 4 unforgettable treatments. The view was stunning. The breakfast food was 5/5. The buffet was marvellous, with an a la carte included. The hotel's accessibility could be improved. Not every staircase had a handrail.
