Positive: Great villas and amazing facilities but they are not available for full enjoyment

Negative: The service at the restaurant is shocking. We waited 45 min for the meal 2 after meal 1 has come out. They were both main courses. But 1 person received his 45 min later than the other. The other downside was that the kids slides would only open for an hour each day and you can never guess which hour. The pool bar and the pool would shut at around 9 so you basically have nothing to do at the hotel after 9 pm. The bar inside the hotel is also shut after dark. The location is far away from all the attractions, shops and eateries

Summary: They have great facilities but somehow don’t fully utilise them.
