Our home is in the village of Sandford-on-Thames, just outside Oxford. This elegant Victorian three-storey house offers the perfect balance of countryside calm and city access. Its an old house, but its stylish, modern and comfortable. Surrounded by open fields to both the front and rear, the house provides a peaceful retreat in a beautiful riverside location and is ideal for walking cycling and relaxing.
The House:
Three comfortable bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with superking bed and ensuite shower room; a generous double bedroom to the back of the house, and double study bedroom to the front with pull out sofa bed.
There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over bath on the first floor.
Enjoy the bright open-plan kitchen and living space on the ground floor, ideal for everyday living and entertaining.
There is a separate snug sitting room with large smart TV on the ground floor.

We are renting out our home for July, August and September 2026 while we take a sabbatical.
