Positive: We had an amazing stay at The Westin. As Europeans, we felt very comfortable and truly welcomed. After staying at two other 5-star hotels on the island, this was by far our best experience. The staff is extremely service-oriented, and the resort offers a wide range of high-quality, clean, and well-maintained facilities. A special thanks to Chloe, the guest relations host and main point of contact for English-speaking guests. She supports you throughout your stay in every possible way and is always there when needed. Especially in Sanya, where English is still limited, this was incredibly valuable. The beach is directly accessible from the resort and includes a lovely beach club with beautiful sea views.
