Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I liked the lady who remembered me from the previous visit. Was her name Thuy? I liked the willingness of staff to help me. I asked for assistance with laundry and the air-conditioning in my room. The help was given immediately and with good grace. If I had an issue it was resolved. Great service. The views from any window are magnificent.

Negative: It is not a dislike but it would be nice to have access to teabags or something similar.

Summary: First it was Sojo, now it is Tru Hilton. A wonderful place to stay
