Positive: Property located on a very nice area, big a green with a lush garden. 5 minutes by motorbike from the main area full of restaurants and shops. 2 big pools with enaugh sunbeds and umbrellas. Relaxing place and the weather around new year eve is really wonderful. Always sunny and dry hot.

Negative: It could be renovated and easily ask more than double of the rate (i would be happy to pay the double to be in a newly refurbished place). The potential is very high to be a luxury property if renovated. Unfortunately the beach is not so nice in this season and the sea is not flat.
