Positive: Really great facilities, breakfast buffet that had everything. We purchased the VinWonders tickets and there was a shuttles every 30mins. Wished we had stayed longer, it was so great. Our extra king size bed was extremely comfortable. We had 2 adults and 2 kids sleeping in it (not by choice) a free cot was provided with extra linen at no cost. My husband made use of the business centre on the 2nd floor and was very impressed with the facility. The bath and the linen line above was very handy of wet costumes after Vinwonders you can dry. Of course the kids loved the TV viewing from the bath.

Negative: Our room was a bit dusty, but otherwise everything was great. Towels fresh and clean.
