Positive: How accommodating the staff were, especially when we had a flat tyre and our insurance company let us down when we were travelling with two kids, one who needed medical attention and an adult with additional needs. They were always available at reception whether we walked in or rang them by phone, they went above and beyond when we were stranded towards the end of our holiday, ensuring we were safe, warm, fed and even offered us an additional nights stay when things were looking like the worst. Also the lodge was stunning, the hot tub spacious, perfect temperature, both bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the living, dining kitchen area had a warm feeling to it, just what you needed after a day hiking in the area, enjoying wildlife and nature.

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like, just a tip for those who wish to stay, especially with kids, whilst it's economical to plan meals for each night as you may think you can drive down to the nearest town and shop for more food as it's self catering, it's probably best to over shop just in case you find yourself stuck. There is a lovely Chinese takeaway which is one of two restaurants who will deliver but it's cash only.

Summary: Accommodating above and beyond staff, excellent lodges, beautiful location!!
