Positive: Located about an hour from Hangzhou, this hotel is nestled in a tranquil yet charmingly lively small town. I came for the scenery and unique experience, and it exceeded all my expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, Xiao Qiao(小乔), who was already waiting for us. As we stepped inside, we were offered comfortable slippers to change into—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the stay. I had booked a duplex mountain-view room, which was a perfect retreat. The first floor featured a spacious floor-to-ceiling window, ideal for enjoying tea, soaking in the serene scenery, and unwinding. Upstairs, the loft came with a skylight and a cozy lazy sofa, making it an inviting space for reading or watching movies. The private hot spring experience, Qingquan Shishang Tang, was truly exceptional. Our reserved session began promptly, and the outdoor views were breathtaking. The space was impeccably clean, and the added option to connect a speaker and play music enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was equally impressive. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful. The host had thoughtfully inquired about dietary preferences beforehand and confirmed the menu and any necessary substitutions, which I greatly appreciated. The dishes were delicious, with the lamb soup being a standout. The service throughout the stay was outstanding. Xiao Qiao was always available via chat to address any questions or concerns, responding promptly and helpfully every time. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to returning for another visit in the future.
